Flo Ngala, 28, an African-American photographer and photojournalist from New York who's had her work featured in publications including Vogue, Essence, Forbes, GQ, Ebony and Amsterdam News.

Ngala started her career as Cardi B’s personal photographer, and has snapped celebrities including Gucci Mane, Remy Ma, Megan Thee Stallion, Stacey Abrams and Sarah Jessica Parker. In 2022, she became the first Black woman commissioned by Vogue to photograph inside the Met Gala and has shot for Rolling Stone, Nike, Reebok, Revlon and WWD. Ngala is currently listed as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree for the 2023 Art & Design list.
